  • All activities, equipment and instructors can be booked through the Whiteley Woods office and can be incorporated as part of a stay or as evening/day activities.
  • For activities that are instructor-led we will communicate with you once we have confirmed that an instructor is available for your chosen activity/time.  Groups can bring their own instructors but Whiteley Woods would need proof of their qualifications, DBS and insurance.
  • Group Leaders are ultimately responsible for the children’s welfare, obtaining parental permission and providing adult support throughout the activity, including those with an instructor.  They MUST read and understand relevant risk assessments. For information about group size/activity duration and charges please contact the office.
  • ALL activities MUST be monitored by a leader.  The instructors are not there to supervise your group.
  • If you are bringing your own instructor for one of our activities or if you are having an activity run by another organisation, eg, SoccerEds, Circus Skills; please ensure you let us have details including booking, qualifications, DBS and insurance. This is so that we can ensure areas and activities are not double booked.
  • Equipment hire costs will be added to your bill along with day visitors fee.
  • Please note groups doing Guide Patrol Permit Camps cannot book instructor led activities unless an adult leader is present during the activity.

For enquiries regarding any of the above activities please contact the office.
